本文基于重载机床滚珠丝杠的性能需求,将传统的滚珠丝杠进行了改进,设计了一种新型的滚珠丝杠结构。新型结构采用了双导程滚珠丝杠,通过增加导程和滚珠数量,增强了滚珠丝杠的承载能力和刚度,改善了传统滚珠丝杠易产生的渗油、噪音等问题。同时,通过对新型滚珠丝杠的实验测试,验证了其性能优越性。最后,本文总结了新型滚珠丝杠的优点和应用前景。

Abstract:
Based on the performance requirements of heavy-duty machine tool ball screw, a new type of ball screw structure is designed by improving the traditional ball screw. The new structure adopts double-pitch ball screw, which enhances the bearing capacity and rigidity of the ball screw by increasing the pitch and the number of ball bearings, and improves the problems of oil seepage and noise that are easy to occur in traditional ball screws. At the same time, the performance superiority of the new ball screw is verified by experimental tests. Finally, this paper summarizes the advantages and application prospects of the new ball screw.
